Over the span of six‑weeks, this Nokbox companion course gives you the structure, clarity, and confidence to prepare your digital world with care and intention. Across four live 90‑minute sessions, archivist Kari R. Smith guides you through essential digital estate planning skills using clear illustrations, practical examples, and a warm, compassionate approach.

Week 1: Devices & Decisions   You’ll prepare your phone, tablet, and computer for future access, define key decisions for your accounts and files, and learn what your digital executor will actually need.

Week 2: Legacy Contacts & Subscriptions   You’ll set up Legacy Contacts and Inactive Account Managers, uncover forgotten subscriptions, and create a plan to close or automate them.

Week 3: Passwords & Account Security   You’ll organize passwords, passkeys, and multi‑factor authentication, understand how password managers work, and learn how to securely grant access to your executor.

Week 4: Email, Photos & Files   You’ll tackle digital clutter using sorting rules and filters, reduce your digital footprint, and preserve only what truly matters.

Each class includes guided work time, decision tools, and step‑by‑step resources—so you leave with real progress and a digital legacy you feel proud of.

Participants should expect approximately 60 to 90 minutes of additional work between most sessions.
